Is my quote on quote regular OCD turning into relationship OCD? How do you know? Is it me being extra pre cautious or overthinking? Is it past pain from past relationships creeping back out trying to ruin my current one? Is it my OCD causing some worry and paranoia regarding my relationship with my significant other now? How do I know? I know my significant other would never hurt me in that way yet lately I’m questioning everything in our relationship?
