Some of the convos on here scare me. Like I genuinely think a small amount of people on here have other issues besides OCD and it’s making me freak out about if that’s me too.

Not gonna lie

I wonder if something I did in the past actually happened the way I remember it

Constantly bothered by things not being in the right place or order

I’m convinced that what I do or think can affect a real event and will prove that I’m a bad person.

Experience anxiety & discomfort when something doesn’t feel “just right”

Using mental actions to “get rid” of specific thoughts that bother me

I obsess over something that happened in my past and what it could have led to

I can’t help but think I’ll intentionally kill myself, even thought I don’t want to die

I experience anxiety while obsessing over the meaning of life or the purpose of existence

Overly afraid of becoming sick or getting someone else sick

I need to know if I really have a desire to transition my gender or if I want a transgender partner

Constantly questioning and analyzing of how to feel in most important relationships

Unable to stop focusing on normal bodily functions, like blinking or swallowing, in self or others

Constant worry of having offended a higher power, or having done something morally wrong

I have to keep checking for new health symptoms to prevent pain, suffering, or death

Excessive fears of directly or inadvertently harming self or others

Obsessions about being sexually attracted to or sexually harming children.

I’m a new parent, and I can’t help but think of my newborn getting hurt due to my thoughts or actions
