How did you guys realize you had ocd or something else than just anxiety going on? Like what was your discovery For me I always knew my anxiety was very different than what my peers were experiencing and in general just knew something was a bit off with myself, I was afraid to get help for so long bc I was afraid that my ocd was just who I was but then I started doing research and things started to make a whole lotta sense. Iāve been doing the work and have been in recovery for approximately a year
