I understand the struggle. It takes time to get there. Just keep practicing ERP consistently and you’ll start feeling relief. I would also like to mention that OCD is a highly treatable condition - so your suffering won’t last forever. It’s hard work but you can get to a place where you’re no longer affected by these thoughts and feelings. 💗
I’m exactly the same jay. All I feel is that I’m that person now and it’s horrible. My head all day everyday thinks about is am I that person. It’s driving me insane. I just want all this to go away and live my life.
