@Jordan Driskell I’m so upset, because sometimes I’m confident it’s POCD but when I have these thoughts and urges it feels like I’m a P so I feel like I’m a P with POCD It makes me feel very alone :((((
@Idontknow - I know how overwhelming this can feel, especially when the thoughts come with such intense urgency and discomfort. But it’s so important to remember: thoughts are not feelings, and neither are facts.
It all feels so real… HOCD and ROCD… I know I love my husband but I don’t feel anything rn not even talking about HOCD. I know it’s the worst thing I can do but it starts to feel like the right thing to do..
I have a great fear of giving birth to a child. Especially the little girl... I am afraid that I will do something to her, that I will have an urge, if I am left alone with her... and I so want to be a mother and a normal healthy mother... it is terrible for me that I do not trust myself so much...
I have deep anxiety about marriage. I don’t know why I feel so scared of it we decided to push it off anyway without thinking abt any sort of set dates etc. I get a weird feeling when I think about it I don’t get excited like I should and I’m terrified
