So I was talking to myself in the living room right and then I hear my brother‘s iPad that his friend talking and I was like what the hell is that and I was like oh that’s his friend and then I crotch down and I try to like put in the password so I can turn it off and it’s like I don’t know if my face made a smile because I was like oh this is the opportunity to talk to his friendyou know and I’m just like I looked at myself in the mirror and I’m just like predator because it’s like why would I feel good about that about having the opportunity to talk to a kid?

I've had this same fear before of smiling when i had Harm Ocd. It felt debilitating at that time. Here's my thought process back then that got me out of it: The more I think about trying not to smile, the more I'm gonna feel the urge to do it. What happens if I did smile, anyways? Absolutely nothing! I won't go to jail. The earth will still rotate. Life will go on. Everyone smiles and I shouldn't judge myself as a monster for a facial expression I made for a few seconds. Ocd is really silly that way, that it makes something as simple as a smile, feel earth-shattering for us. Non-judgment is key. The other thing that got me out of it was ERP. I would consistently smile on purpose as an exposure, while not ruminating on it. I've never worried about smiling since :)

@Wyonna Oh I’m so sorry to worry you! I’m not upset at you at all :) I’ve been way more inactive on this app to work on my own OCD. I’ve had an increase in symptoms lately so I think some breaks here and there are healthier for me right now. So if I’m ever not able to answer, that’s why or I didn’t see it. But it has nothing to personally do with anyone else on here 🫶 It’s my problem. Much love to you ❤️

One day I saw someone who was in a wheelchair and I had asked his mom if he could have a family and I don’t know why I would I ask that I had a thought saying so I could r*pe word him and I literally was just thinking about me taking advantage of him and why did I feel a gronial response and why did I think about me taking advantage of him??

Help please I went to tell my little brother that the giant Uno cards was in the closet and for a second I looked at his butt and it felt like I looked at it with desire Because I was smiling and went to look at his butt and my eyes went up so that means I was looking at him up and down with desire? This is why sometimes I feel like it’s P

Convinced that I did something

I asked my brother if I did something and he said no I don’t believe him I think he’s lying last night my mind was trying to convince me to do something to him like what if I did something in my sleep or we did something and I don’t remember it because I don’t remember anything my brother asked me this morning where is his iPad and I don’t remember him asking me that so that’s where I’m worried what if it’s the same I feel a sensation down there so I’m convinced I did something really bad
