Need opinions (moral ocd)

i’ve been having this theme pop up recently where if I see people either criticize or be a hater and spread misinformation or seeing old controversies about my current interests/hyper-fixations i find myself having a crazy anxiety attack about if it’s “morally okay” to be interested in my interests anymore. i feel really singled out and like im doing something wrong because im watching a youtuber or listening to a specific musical group. in all of these specific situations the people involved have talked about the situations and have changed accordingly but seeing it makes me feel like i shouldn’t be allowed to like my favorite things. to be clear none of these things are dramatically evil or bad. it’s either misinformation/uneducated people influencing someone opinion and then they learn and change. it just makes me feel like im not allowed to like my favorite things anymore because of people criticizing it??? if that makes sense??? also this is a little off topic but also not really because i’m 99.99% sure im autistic because of MANY things but with this specifically i have very strong interests and i feel very deep feelings about them and any and all criticism or hateful comments towards my favorite things trigger me deeply and make my ocd act up and make me feel uncomfortable and uncertain and anxious and it causes physical discomfort to me. i really don’t know how to calm myself down about this specific theme it’s brand new and makes me feel really anxious. not trying to look for reassurance but does anyone else understand what i mean??? does anyone have any advice on how to not give into the negative comments??? any suggestions on how to ease this specific anxiety???

I believe I posted this a bit too late yesterday night, so I’m reposting. Hello, everyone. I’ve been struggling with OCD for two years. I’ve been attending concerts before I found out that I have OCD but since I started struggling with OCD, concerts have been overwhelming for me. I will say, I still attend concerts because they make me really happy. However, I do have a lot of anxiety before concerts, which results in overthinking, intrusive thoughts and avoidance. I wanted to share something and I’m hoping to receive feedback or advice on how I can learn to move on from this situation and enjoy the concert that’s coming up. Does anyone have advice on how I can enjoy the upcoming concert without worrying about the situation I mentioned? This entire week I’ve been searching for news articles and there’s been many times that I thought about not going to the concert at all. I know I shouldn’t be doing that, but I would like to improve and do better. I’m still going to the concert because I know I’ll regret it, I just feel nervous! So, the situation is, I accidentally left a water bottle under a seat inside a concert arena 8 months ago. I never litter, I always pick up my trash. However, when the concert ended, I couldn’t find the water bottle that I was looking for and I had to leave since my Uber just arrived to take me and my friends home. So, the water bottle was left in the arena. I asked my friend if she saw the water bottle and she told me that she saw it under the seat in front of us. Currently having intrusive thoughts about someone slipping on the water bottle under the seat, resulting in something serious such as a injury. I have another concert coming up soon that’s near the concert arena that I left the water bottle at and I feel worried about attending this concert because I have another intrusive thought that the staff from both venues will find me and tell me I did something wrong for leaving the water bottle. I’m also worried that someone did slip on the water bottle and I don’t know about it. I apologize for such a long post. Two years ago, I went to a concert of my favorite artist. I listened to this artist every single day and was super excited to go, even though I saw him numerous times to that point. I went with some friends and my now ex-boyfriend. Admittedly, I drank WAY too much. I do not recall the last hour of the concert (I do not drink anymore). Of course, my OCD ran with this and for two years, I have been worried I did something awful that I do not remember, like hurt someone, etc. Since the concert, I barely listen to the artist because it causes me so much anxiety. I am supposed to go to a concert tomorrow for this artist, but I am terrified to go because I am worried I will be recognized as the drunk girl who kept requesting songs or if I did do something awful at the last concert. I really do not know what to do. What would your advice be?
