it’s so funny how i can go from thinking i’m a lesbian in denial, to me being a murderer and wanting to kill my family, to me secretly wanting to be a boy, to me being a cannibal, then to me thinking i’m going to be possessed in a matter of minutes. whenever i’m not focused on a certain theme, i see how illogical it was and how there’s no truth to it whatsoever. but when i’m actually going through it, it seems like it’s the truth and i spiral. just love life 😍😍

“Just love life” 😍😍lol the level or sarcasm, i was getting those same thoughts but i never act on them because i know how it feels to be in Jail its Hell being in a 1 man cell that smells like pi ss and shii, All alone with no one no phone not nothing no pen no paper no nothing. Just depression and extreme anxiety it feels so claustrophobic. Also i love people like wtf ? Our brains are so weird. But if you think of it on a spiritual level, we are spiritual beings. Have you ever heard of God and The devil, Me and you do live on a planet called “earth” we do speak in different languages and you can understand the texts i send you, Divine sun comes out each day to give light, i am trying to get into prayer and talk to our creator the one whom rebukes all that is evil to take away my negative thoughts, to guide me and only let me hear the holy spirit, life on earth is temporary but life in heaven is forever, i believe in God because the vast amount of technology and life that is around us the universe the galaxies the air we breath the tongue we speak in, i believe God has created miracles after all our planet it floating in outer space perfectly with the sun, when we dream dreams we end up in different realms. The technology and megalithic structures were given to us by some sore of Divine power, the knowledge we have was gifted to us by Divine power just as you have to learn how to solve a math equation from a step by step guide, whatever God is, whatever this creator is, it is powerful, ask your creator the one who rebukes all that is evil to remove negative unwanted intrusive thoughts, repent, and check out people like Jesus and saint Michael. Idk thats all i can do is ask for Divine assistance because i know the Grand architect is the only one that can restore me to sanity and make me into a loving human. Apparently Jesus had divine power and he was also tempted by the devil. But he rebuked him. Apparently he rose to heaven and sits near the thrown of the grand architect. Our father our creator our life giver.

New theme

Hi again :c I’ve been having terrible thoughts of hurting my loved ones I’ve stopped watching horror movies which is my favorite genre and can’t even watch or read anything related to violence even if it’s just a video or movie talking about it, I get triggered so fast I really miss feeling that relief with my mom I miss my mom so much and I just don’t know what to do anymore I almost committed last weekend from how scared I was and Ik your thinking will you try again? idk I’m not sure, one day I might say “no” next I’ll plan it out, but truth be told I don’t want to die I want to live a normal life, I want to stay with my mom and my family, I love my family and my grandma and my older brother..I’m so sick of feeling this feeling, I’m tired of arguing with my brain, I want to be with my mom and spend time with her like I used to, but I can’t stand that thought of hurting them it makes me shake and I feel this pain in my chest, my OCD has been trying to convince me all those crime docs and stuff I’m into turned me this way but that’s impossible since I’ve never thought like this before I’m just tired that’s all Idek know what I’m looking for saying this..prolly just to vent or to know if this will ever go away..

I’ve had different themes of ocd throughout my life. Can they all differ such as how the thoughts may present? Currently my thoughts feel so true immediately (like they genuinely feel like what I think) but in the last theme I feel like it may have been more of a “what if I think this” type of situation

spiraling again.

i had recently been triggered to have so-ocd. its been on my mind non-stop. (i am a heterosexual female) and my mind has been all over the place questioning if i have been in denial the entire time. ive always had people tell me they sort of got that vibe it it never really affected me until my own mother had her suspicions. so i would constantly get triggered un public around the same gender, while knowing my true sexuality. ive always been attracted to men but as of recently ive been having super bad anxiety to where i cannot eat or sleep and feel weak all the time. it was like that for a week or so. now im in the calm where i have been trying accept the uncertainty but it still isnt fair as im getting triggered. im a little worried because it feels like i have been lying to my parents the entire time although ive never had the desire to be with the same gender. and i keep getting intrusive thoguhts that make me feel anxious and uncomfortable. its all starting to affect my friendships as im constantly getting triggered with the intrusive thoguhts. i feel a little less anxious compared to how i was a couple days ago. im really scared on why im having these thoughts now when i have been having romantic feelings for a guy the past year or so. ive also been struggling with false attraction and loss attraction to men. it makes me feel uncertain of my life the entire time
