Advice needed - ASAP

Advice needed 8 years ago I had the worst experience ever with intrusive images. They were flashing like crazy. They felt immersive. They felt real. My first worry was “what if these are from god” and I found that other people experience that I proved this wrong… however it’s resurfaced Now it’s “your images look weird… nobody else’s images look like this” So I check my memory But god, it’s difficult to know what’s accurate and what’s not How do I prove it’s not supernatural? Not from god? Not from something else? Not something more than OcD? I’m afraid there’s a message - something telling me to do something bad I just want my old head back and not being in this space Please help

U don’t know! U don’t find out! Let me tell u , maybe nobody has had the exact same images but let me tell u mine were very very VERY disturbing. Maybe it is a message ? Maybe it’s not? I promise u that it doesn’t get better by trying to figure out if the images are messages. However it does get better by coming to terms that the human brain is so complex to the point it can and will come up with the most random and sometimes disturbing thoughts and images and if u care enough about them , then they will keep u disturbed and anxious. I have also dealt with this! To see if something is from God, you can always measure it up next to scripture. For example, if you have a thought like “God doesn’t love you”, you can look at what God’s word says. It literally says the opposite. That God loves you SO MUCH. So, you know that thought isn’t from God. I believe that Satan sometimes plants thoughts in our minds to make us doubt God, but these are lies. When you have thoughts that don’t align with scripture, rebuke them in Jesus’ name and begin thanking God for removing them and preventing them from coming back. It helps me to even do this verbally sometimes! Praying this helps🙏🏻

very scared, please help.

so im a little scared rn, okay thats a lie im very scared. I keep having these images in my head, im sure there just intrusive images. But its like intrusive images of demons, or really weird creepy things. And it just comes so quickly i can barely see it. And the thing is, i can really see it properly like it comes, i feel the intense anxiety but its insanely idk how to describe it. Ive felt this way before, and ive been in crazy dissociation, i need help, are these just intrusive thoughts? (not reassurance, so please dont flag post, im just really confused)

Religious OCD

Does anybody elses intrusive thoughts feel so real that you are starting to think it's you. These thoughts are starting to feel like there coming from me and I'm not sure what to do. I can't seem to find peace and I'm always in despair I'm trying to focus on God but it's so hard I feel so disconnected from him and scared I'm gonna lose my soul. I can't even pray without intrusive thoughts trying to trick me into thinking I'm not even praying to God. I'm really worried and confused about were these thoughts are coming from I'm starting to feel numb and I'm scared I'm gonna make God mad or something.

(PLEASE READ) feeling helpless

*PLEASE READ* I’ve been struggling with bad harm intrusive thoughts for a couple years now. They’ll go away for a couple of months then get triggered by something and start all over again. As much as I try to tell myself that I would never act on these thoughts I have a memory from when I was little that I was going to hurt my parents in their sleep and that memory has haunted me till now. Of course I didn’t hurt them but I thought it and I feel so guilty about it today that it makes me sick to my stomach. I love my parents so much and would never want to hurt them or anybody. I just want these thoughts to go away because they don’t line up with my values of who I am. But every time I tell myself that my thoughts are not facts that memory pops up making me feel like an awful person. I feel right now as if I don’t deserve any love from anyone because of these thoughts. I’m a believer of God and I feel as if I don’t deserve his love as well and that he has given up on me. These thoughts have also turned into a new theme of being scared I’m actually crazy and going into a psychosis. I’m just so scared and just want to be normal. As much as I tell myself ocd lies to you these thoughts have really scared me and I haven’t felt like myself in days. I’ve also struggled with health anxiety and intrusive suicidal thoughts. I know seeking reassurance isn’t good but I’m so scared.
