Interview of some sort I’m doing an art project and I am going to need you to answer a few questions: 1. What’s your imaginary world ? 2. What’s the difference between imaginary and your reality world ? 3. Are you unsatisfied with your reality ? 4. How do you cope with your reality?
1. I imagine my world to be peaceful. It’s like paradise where there is no bad things like murder, death or cancer. 2. The obvious difference is that the reality has a lot of bad things. Everyday we receive bad news about horrible crimes people have committed. 3. Not really, although it could be disappointing at times. I still enjoy life nonetheless as I have a great community around me. 4. I cope by talking to my friends and family. And whenever I heard about the horrible deeds people have done, I tried to look at the positive side of the world. Reminding myself that there’s also a bright side to everything.
1. My imaginary world Is a very peaceful place, which there were no mess and things that will make me feel anxiety. 2. For imaginary, my world is a very peaceful place which no one is here to disturb me to do what I wanted to do.Which in the real world won’t even happen. 3. 50/50 sometimes I would be very anxious and nervous at a moment suddenly. But there were some happy moments in my life. 4.I usually just hide inside my room and don’t care what happens outside my room, so basically I don’t really know
1. My imaginary world is a place where people trust each others and sharing their deep feelings which creates a world with no betrayal and lies. 2. Human always lies and not care about other people’s feelings. It’s terrible. 3. I shouldn’t be unsatisfied of what I have in the reality world. Nothing is perfect. It depends on the attitude of how you treat your mistakes then you can make things perfect. 4. I try to solve problems from the root of the matter and look for situations to deal with it, without making things get worse, like broken relationships.
1. I imagine a world where people can have fun and enjoy themselves everyday. 2. In reality people suffer from pain and loss but in my imaginary world these things do not exist. 3. Yes, as people still suffer from war and i feel hopeless and powerless to help. 4. I pay close attention to the current affairs and try to raise the awareness of people around me.
I actually started to write a book and have a fantasy world within it. Is that what you meant?

My imaginary world is an ever expanding flat piece of land floating in what seems to be space but might be the consciousness of a god or something similar, surrounded by floating islands that eventually collapse and join the main land. 2. mental health disorders have physical forms. Some see them, some don't. 3. I wouldn't say I'm satisfied but I'm not unsatisfied either. 4. Moving forward towards a goal, not in spite of anything that may hold me back, but regardless of it.
@Wolfram It's kind of like a story of my life but with fantasy themed parallels. I thought a story of my life would be a bit too intense or boring 😅

I feel like opening up about something. I would wake up everyday not knowing what to do in life. I have no motivation to talk with friends, or I would isolate myself from family, because I don’t want to be awkward around anybody and I just don’t think I’m that interesting to be around. I would be mean to myself in anyway possible. I once went to the comfort of my childhood and I would roleplay as characters of my childhood. But now I feel myself growing up and becoming an adult, and I’ve been experiencing grief of no longer being in my childhood. Having freestyle fun with my friends and family was the best I’ve ever felt. But now it’s all gone now. Now I’m stuck with feeling not open minded to anything and thinking that no one cares about me, I won’t have fun or be happy anymore, and I’m a nobody. I would even have scary thoughts about “Doing it” but I’m never planning to. I just feel like there is nothing to do anymore and I shouldn’t look back on the great childhood I had.
Currently obsessing over me being the only “real” or conscious person in the world, and that everyone I love isn’t actually real. I know deep down that this is ocd, but I feel like by not ruminating I’m just ignoring the fear (which feels so real and scary). Has anyone experienced anything similar and how did you get out of this worry? Trying not to seek reassurance as it’s one of my compulsions, but I’m very distressed.
I have powerful existential ocd. My current most distressing spike ever has me almost convinced that me and my son were sucked into a virtual reality in my phone or another dimension like a mirror or tv, and that this reality is all fake and I've separated him from the real world. All because I had a guilt thought nearly two months ago. On top of that, my partner let me know she's dating another man two weeks ago and I was just laid off today. I need kind souls that understand and some empathy. Thank you.
