Diagnosed with Pure O, Bi Polar, anxiety and Major depression. I've tried so much medication that I don't know what's left. I thought Capylta was helping and felt good, but after 3 months I crashed. Anyone have any suggestions?? Don't think my Psychiatrist even knows
I don't take pills and aren't a fan of it. Don't think evetyhing can be solved by pills only. Relaxation helps me , a nice cup of tea. Perhaps drawing its proven to relax our brain and nature is what calms me down too. Suggest also candles. I won't tell you the crap that many tell you about to go and do sports etc. It's hard for people with depression , ik myself. But little steps make big changes.
I agree don't think anything can be solved by pills only, but it did seem to help me get up and out of bed unless it was just in my head. I was up early, made my bed, ready for the day and felt good. Now I can hardly get out of bed. Not sure what happened. I'm just losing the will I had. I'll have to see if I can find other ways to relax. I do love candles, but since I've been like this I haven't lit them, watched TV or have read. I'm just frozen.
@Speckles I understand I do have up and downs too , is your health fine ? When we lack vitamins it also can cause depressing symptoms. You shall try to check it if didn't in long term.
@TheThinker I'm not sure if my health is fine. I keep forgetting to take vit. B and D. I had pains last year in my heart, but think it was stress. EKG was fine tho. Was suppose to go to cardiologist, but can't do it mentally now.
@Speckles I understand that anything you do is exhausting, I do feel the same. It was hard for me to go take a visit by the doctor but you should it. Starting is harder but suggest you to check it asap.

Hi. First I want to say how much strength you show in taking this journey. I know it’s difficult. Keep going you got this. In reference to meditation have you considered genetic testing? There is testing now that can determine which medication is best for your body. Lastly some medicine don’t work until 4 months sometimes 6. Give yourself grace.
I started medication and therapy I statted medication approximately two months ago and I m getting worse . I just can t focus on studying I forgot what I did and this didnt happen before my brain didnt stop even in my sleep I just feel exhausted I lost my belief to recover and I dont know what to do I just feel like I shouldnt have statted take medication because It just helo my depression a little but on contrary It makes my anciety much worse and totally I feel much worse I just dont know what to do my life is miserable I feel like no one could help me anymore If you read this could you response me? I just feel like no pne really gets me and my religious ocd hits me very badly
How many antidepressants have you all tried? I’m on my fourth and possibly transitioning to a fixity because the current one isn’t working. I’ve now done Genesight testing and I was prescribed Pristiq. It hasn’t reduced my anxiety at all. I was wondering if anyone else had to try many medications? And if so, did you eventually find one that worked?
I have tried a few different kinds of antidepressants over the years, but it's always been hard to find one that works well for OCD and doesn't have horrible side effects. Does anybody have any recommendations of one that worked really well for depression and OCD??
