i want to move out but cant

i feel so trapped. i dont want to sit on a toilet seat roaches have walked on and i feel like thats not unreasonable. my family is broke so i dont have cosigners to move out to even a student apartment my mom is unemployed and they all treat me like the breadwinner when i just quit. i have no choice but to but i DONT WANT TO. ive spent so much on lyfts today because i dont have a car going to restrooms.. im on my period so its even worse. idk what to do. i feel like anyone would hate this. anyone would. like not wanting roaches is not a crazy thing but they act as if it is. its just the bathroom that gets them. my parents dont care.

@ihateithere Alright don't mind me if I ask questions please to try to help out. How much infestation do you guys got going on in the bathroom? Like do you see them all over and their roach feces? Or is rather it one and a while you might see one? Like every few weeks?

@amethyst777 once every week at most. its not like theyre coming out 30 of them at a time but what can even be done if its in the restroom? idk what roach feces looks like tbh but im scared just of the fact that theyre crawling where my intimates go

@ihateithere Right. Hire someone who is a professional to exterminate them in the bathroom. Even if you moved out depending on your area the next place might have them too.

@ihateithere I found this online but idk what country you are from so idk if its for all roaches - Cockroach droppings are easy to spot, making them one of the most common forms of cockroach evidence. Smaller cockroaches leave behind brown or black specks, which range in appearance from resembling coarse coffee grains to finely ground black pepper. To differentiate, look for uniformity, texture, and location. Cockroach droppings are more uniform, slightly shiny or sticky, and found in areas where cockroaches are present. Larger cockroaches leave behind solid feces shaped like cylinders. Their droppings are brown or black, depending on the species. The droppings from these larger cockroaches have ridges running the length of the feces from tip to tip. These ridges will help you differentiate roach droppings from mouse droppings, which don’t have ridges. Mouse droppings are also slightly larger and often have short hairs in them.

Note that I'm not a medical professional or bug exterminator but you're not gonna want to injure yourself by holding your bladder. Here's what you can do for now until you get in contact with a professional on roaches or a doctor for sanitary advice: To use the bathroom toilet again - If you don't see any roaches or what could be their poop/remains - wearing gloves wipe down the toilet including the seat with disinfectant cleaner and then dry it with a paper towel and throw it away in a trash bag. Then remove gloves and wash your hands, scrubbing once for 20 seconds and rinse. Then use the toilet. Then after take out the trash and wash your hands again. Afterwards for now unless you see a roach with gloved hands just keep spraying the seat only with disinfectant spray and wiping it with with a paper towel and toss them away and rinse hands. Then use toilet.

Could you wipe down the toilet seat with a sanitizing wipe/spray before you use it? A 10% bleach to water ratio can sterilize anything.
