Like your life is coming to an end and you just can’t keep going because no matter what you are alone and nothing works out except a minor few. Like what is the point of being here if no one even cares about you and just uses you to their advantage. I’m done. I fucking hate this world and all the people living in it.
I'm really really sorry you're feeling this way. I've been there before, for sure. It's crushing. It might sound really corny but have you ever tried making a list of things you're grateful for? That tends to help me if I keep at it for a bit. Like today I'm grateful for ibuprofen tablets. Kinda a miracle if you think about it. I really hope you can find a little light right now. Don't give up.

I definitely feel like my life is coming to an end and there's nothing I can do about it. There's a sense that I'm already dying and everything is dark and life lacks meaning. I feel like this when I go deep into the mental loop of trying to analyze myself and my thoughts to get out of feeling despair. I am healthy, I am not physically dying, but my mind gets stuck anticipating death, my own and others, and my mind hangs on to this fear so that my life feels meaningless and pointless. Now I'm here trying to learn how to face my fear of dying and not get sucked into that loop, feeling trapped and like I'll never escape. Being here seeking help and seeing others struggling like me and others that have gotten better gives me hope. You are not alone and you are worth being loved.
Hi I saw your other post I don’t know what it feels like to go through that I only went through minor sa like that I’m a black woman as well I feel you on believing no one cares about us because sometimes it’s true no one does care about us is this world shitty yes it’s so shitty sometimes I just have to scream but there’s also a lot of good that comes out of this world honestly if you’re not in therapy I wouldn’t recommend being on this app because you will see a lot of negative things and other people traumas and it’s not good if you can’t cope with it but I just want to let you know we can change our lives we can choose to do something with our lives every individual makes what they want with their lives I know that sicko just sent you some money to try to get that to do something whatever they did to you but you did not deserve that you deserve support and kindness you deserve to be here you are everything don’t let people make you feel like you’re nothing.

I don’t know if it’s worth it to keep going. I have so many diagnoses, so little support, and constant struggles with finding the right medication. My immune system is weak, I have multiple deficiencies, and I’m dealing with so many physical health problems on top of severe OCD. It’s just too much. On top of everything, my family treats me so not okay. Every single day is a fight just to keep going—to wake up, to eat, to take care of myself even a little. I’ve lost over ten pounds in the last two weeks from how depressed I’ve been. And instead of support, all I get is blame. My family constantly throws my struggles in my face, calling me selfish, as if I’m choosing this. I am trying so hard to push past all of this. But after five long months of severe OCD, anxiety, depression, panic disorder, and everything else making life unbearable, I am exhausted. And to be called lazy? Selfish? *Worthless*? How am I supposed to keep going when the people around me refuse to see how hard I’m trying? I don’t want this anymore. None of this suffering feels worth it. What am I fighting for just to be treated this way by my own family? To be yelled at for the look on my face, when my face reflects nothing but the stress, panic, and despair I’m drowning in? Am I still supposed to smile for them? This isn’t fair. No one should have to live like this. I don’t deserve to be treated this way, I’m really trying to keep going, but I just want everything to end.
Everything is building up and I don’t see a way out.
I’m scared people are using me for their personal gain and that no one on this earth will ever view me as an actual person. I don’t want to be someone’s friend/girlfriend/wife because they’re lonely, I want to be in their life because they actually like me and VALUE me. I don’t know the difference between my instinct and my ocd sometimes. I think I tend to make sound judgements and usually perceive others accurately to the truth of who they really are; but now im scared to do this because what if im proved wrong once again, wasted my time, and ignored signs I should’ve noticed all along? I cannot make this mistake again. I can’t trust another person again to the point where I think if they compliment me, talk to me, or make an effort to know me, they’re only doing it for a transactional, convenient purpose. They must want something from me that is something superficial/benefits only them, not a real or authentic connection. My brain is telling me they must all be lying to me because they pity me, and think im dumb or naive. This is not how I feel about my relationships with people, this is how my ocd thinks others perceive me. I feel like im getting punished over and over again for making past mistakes and God is sending me people who don’t actually like/love me to teach me a lesson. I can’t fucking stand it anymore. I wish I could trade lives with someone who doesn’t think this way. I don’t understand what I did to deserve the weirdest/meanest people come into my life and fuck my perception of humanity even more than how I viewed it before. Can someone tell me why I even care this much about it? What do I do? Why does this happen?? I’m crying and im so embarassed im even posting this. We have such small amounts of time on earth and my head sabotages me to hate every minute of it. I want it to stop
